Behind the Scenes of the Installation of the Exhibition “AmĂlcar Cabral: For a Radical Humanism”
October 29, 2026
New season, new personality.
In this first episode of the season, we follow Roxane Mbanga, an interdisciplinary artist invited to inaugurate MansA with her exhibition NOIRES.
Her work navigates between personal memory and collective narratives, exploring how bodies—particularly those of Black women—are perceived and viewed through multiple perspectives. Fashion, film, writing, performance: each medium becomes a narrative and political tool for her.
In this first chapter, Roxane looks back on her career, her inspirations, and how she envisioned the large NOIRES lounge, designed in situ as a space for listening, hospitality, and sharing.
A creative journey that BEHIND documents step by step. Stay tuned!
