To mark the exhibition “Amílcar Cabral: For a Radical Humanism,” MansA invites children and their guardians to explore the exhibition in a different way, through reading breaks, storytelling tours, and creative workshops. Two weekends to listen to stories, see things from a new perspective, and experiment together, drawing inspiration from the cultures of Cape Verde, Guinea-Bissau, and Senegal.
How can you introduce young children to an exhibition? By taking the time to listen to a story, let a narrative guide you, or make something with your own hands. Family Weekends offer several ways to explore the world of the exhibition and share a cultural experience tailored to children.
On the program: reading sessions tailored to different age groups, storytelling tours that offer a different way to explore the exhibition, and two creative workshops focused on stamps and masks. See below for the events on October 31 and November 1, followed by November 28 and 29, 2026.
